RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Sristi Village Community is an inclusive, sustainable, and eco-friendly community model aiming to transform the life of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities through skill training and co-living.

The primary research focus of Sristi is Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research. Our research aims to

  1. Generate new knowledge
  2. Study the effectiveness of the model on improving ability for people with disabilities to perform activities of their choice in the community
  3. Expand society’s capacity to provide full opportunities for citizens with disabilities

We wholeheartedly welcome research scholars from all around the world to design and initiate early studies (e.g. observational) as an initial phase up to long term research.

Research scholars are invited to conduct, collaborate and generate new research that can further the scientific literature. However it’s important to note Sristi will always be geared towards doing what is best for our community providing a space for brighter transformation leading to an inclusive, sustainable, and eco-friendly living experience.

We are excited to meet social researchers and scientific researchers from all around the world. They can visit, study, experience our community lifestyle via conducting research. Meanwhile, publishing the manuscript will be another ultimate objective of the invitation.
